Which platforms are supported?

Integrations are currently available for Binance, OKX, Alpaca, DEX-Arbitrum and DEX-Solana.

How can I start the robot?

Create the platform API/DEX Vault, then a Connector, then a Plan. The detailed flow is in Overview.

Where is my money?

With a CEX, assets remain at the exchange. With a DEX, they remain in a user-owned Vault smart contract/program account.

Which trading strategy do we use?

The robot uses the strategy you select, create, copy or modify. AI optimization can periodically fine-tune formulas when explicitly enabled.

Can I lose all my assets?

Yes. Trading involves significant risk and all assets used for trading may be lost.

Can the robot withdraw funds?

No. Only the owner controls where funds can be withdrawn. For a CEX, CoinRobot does not need withdrawal permission and you must not grant it. For a DEX, the supported bot-initiated aggregate withdrawal can return assets only to the stored owner; arbitrary-recipient withdrawal remains owner-only.

How do credits work?

Supporting the project can earn credits, while trading and backtest resource use consumes credits. Credits help cover platform load while rewarding community growth, strategy creation, testing and other useful contribution. Free credits can also be granted with coupons. See Credits.

How much does it cost to use?

Registration itself does not consume or add credits. After the first eligible real Connector is successfully verified, the user receives 1000 free starting credits; the same identified trading account or DEX owner can receive this starting allocation only once. At the standard live trading cost of 1 credit per successful trade, this is roughly one month of normal use at about 30–40 trades per day. After the starting credits are used, additional credits can be earned through community activity or obtained by supporting the project. If you do not earn credits through the community, similar usage is typically around 50 USDC per month. The actual cost depends on trading activity and any applicable multipliers. Is there an affiliate system?

Yes. Referrals and useful public strategies can generate credit rewards. See Affiliate.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Deleting a Plan removes its related CoinRobot logs and Plan data, although already executed external trades are not reversed. Deleting the account removes related user data. Public strategies may remain under Admin ownership and Terms acceptance records may be retained for legal evidence tied to refID rather than email.
